richberry Chicken curry with Barley

Chilly spicy, flavourful minus the use of sweet syrup. You can make this recipe by replacing artificial flavourings with richberry. Just one bite of richberry's miracle berry while preparing, and enjoy the natural miracle sweet taste.

Ingredients:

12 oz minced chicken

½ cup tomato puree

4 oz barley

1 tablespoon shredded ginger

7-8 mint leaves

¼ cup roasted and coarse peanuts

1 ½ teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons curry powder

½ chopped green chilly

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a slow cooker, sauté them for a while and cover it with a lid.

Cook the curry for a good 7-8 hours.

Serving

This curry is best served with whole wheat flat bread and garnish with tomato slices.

Variation

Garnish this curry with roasted peanut and serve it on a rectangular while dish.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
