Don't get tricked of these boozy coolers which showcase miracle berry and strawberries. The fizz, florals and the surprising sweet flavour of richberry make them explode on your tongue. This is a booze-pop so you expect the kind of bittery citrusy flavour in it. So have a bite of richberry before you enjoy your pops and defy the taste without even adding sugar and sweeteners.

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and hulled
2 cups prosecco
2 tablespoons elderflower liqueur
Place strawberries, syrup, prosecco, and elderflower liqueur in a blender and pulse until strawberries are broken down.
Method:
Pour 1 cup of the mixture into each of 16 (3-ounce) disposable cups, such as Dixie brand. Arrange on a small sheet tray and place in freezer. Check the pops after 30 minutes once they begin to freeze, insert pop sticks (if you insert sticks before pops start to firm up, they'll tip over). Freeze until pops are solid. Let pops sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes and then gently remove them from cups. Serve immediately.
Mocktail Pops (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Take/eat this pops responsively as it is made with booze. Not advisable for kids, pregnant and lactating women, and people advised by medical professionals not to take alcoholic drinks.
