richberry Lemon Cooler Cream Cake

Inexpensive to make, quick and easy, plus no need to have added sugar to make a winning sweet taste. How? Check the ingredients below and be surprised that there's no sugar but we have richberry. Experience magic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 cup of cold water

  • 2 (3 ounces) packages lemon-flavored Jell-O® mix

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 (3.4 ounces) package instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 (8 ounces) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

  • Step 1 Prepare cake and bake according to package directions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. With a fork, poke holes all over the top of the cake.

  • Step 2 Combine 1 cup hot water and 1 cup cold water with one package of lemon gelatin. Stir until gelatin is dissolved, and pour the mixture over the cake. Chill in the refrigerator until cool.

  • Step 3 In a large bowl stir together milk, vanilla pudding mix, and remaining package of lemon gelatin until powders are dissolved. Fold in whipped topping and spread mixture over cake. Refrigerate until serving.

Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.

Note: Sometimes you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required, this is due to the chemistry of the food, however, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to totally reduce sugar and yet experience the same taste.
