Want to have something to greet you good morning from inside the ref? Then you will love this Blueberry Muesli. Minus the sugar and sweeteners, this recipe is unarguably a healthy breakfast. Try it with richberry to have a yummier taste while maintaining your no-sugar intake.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup oat bran 1 cup dried blueberries 1/2 cup flaxseed meal 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Store in a tightly sealed container, in a cool, dry place. To serve: sprinkle over yogurt or milk, or use as as an overnight oatmeal by soaking overnight, along with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey, if desired. For more on the latter, see Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal.
Consume Miracle Berry:
Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact:
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
