richberry White Peach Sangria

Peaches, brandy and lots and lots of citrus fruits, this cocktail drink will surely make you scrunch up your face. No worries! With richberry's miracle berry you can defy the taste from sour to sweet without even the use of artificial sweeteners.

  • 3 ripe white peaches, peeled and pitted

  • 4 bottles dry white wine (I used sauvignon blanc)

  • 1-1/2 cups brandy

  • 4 cups orange juice

  • 4 cups pineapple juice

  • 1 cup triple sec (orange liqueur)

  • 3 apples, sliced

  • 3 oranges, sliced

  • 3 white peaches, sliced

  • 6 cups diet lemon-lime soda or seltzer

  1. Place peeled and pitted peaches in blender with a few splashes of wine. Puree until smooth.

  2. In large beverage dispenser or jug, stir together peach puree, remaining wine, brandy, orange juice, pineapple juice and triple sec. Add apples, oranges and sliced peaches. Refrigerate 24 – 48 hours. Stir in soda or seltzer just before serving.

Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.

Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
