Ingredients:
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked dried coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup ice
Method:
In blender, combine lime juice, mango, pineapple, milk, yogurt, coconut and vanilla; blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
