Ingredients:
1 medium avocado, peeled and cubed
1 large green apple, quartered and cored
2 limes, juice only
1 small green chilli, seeds removed
1 small ginger, finely chopped
150 ml milk
3 tbsp non-fat yoghurt
6 ice cubes
Direction:
Mix and blend all ingredients gradually until smooth. Serve immediately.
