richberry Sugar-free Cardamom Mango Smoothie

A great snacking smoothie that you could pair with any of your favorite crackers. This Indian inspired smoothie uses no sugar but you can eventually tell this is sweet because of richberry. Try it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced

  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt

  • 8 cubes ice

  • ⅔ cup nonfat milk

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom (Optional)

  • ½ cup granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®), or to taste

Directions:

Place mango, yogurt, ice, and milk into a blender. Sprinkle in cardamom and sweetener to taste. Puree until smooth, frothy, and creamy.

Consume Miracle Berry

Just before enjoying your salad, chew 1 or more halves of freeze-dried miracle berry. Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
