Richberry Recipe: Ultra-Creamy Avocado Smoothie

What you need


  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, plus more to taste

  • 2 cups crushed ice

  • 2 ripe Hass avocados, pitted

  • 1 to 2 Richberry halves

How to make

  1. Blend the milk and ice in a blender until very smooth.

  2. Add the avocado flesh and blend again until smooth.

  3. Chew 1 to 2 halves of Richberry while you blend.

  4. Pour into individual bowls and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.

Chew the Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.


Note:

For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
