Richberry Recipe: Sour Apple Smoothie

What you need
1 apple
½ lemon juiced
⅓ cup cucumber
1 handful baby spinach leaves
1 cup ice cubes
1 to 2 Richberry halves
How to make
While preparing your drink, chew 1-2 Richberry halves for 30 seconds.
Add the liquid to the blender first.
Add all the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour in a glass and ENJOY!

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Note:
For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
