Richberry Recipe: Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Get the best of both worlds when you pair this recipe with 1-2 halves of Richberry. This next-generation sweetener has so much to offer and more!

What you need
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds Kosher salt ( If peanut butter is unsalted)
Suggested toppings: chopped almonds, cacao nibs, chia seeds. hemp seeds, peanut butter drizzle
1 to 2 Richberry halves
How to make
Put the almond milk, ice, yogurt, peanut butter, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt, if using, in a blender.
Puree until creamy and smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
Chew 1 to 2 halves of Richberry while you blend.
Pour into individual bowls and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact:
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Note:
For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
