Writer: isabel52008isabel52008

Life is sometimes like a cantaloupe, so sweet and such a mess.

This tasty, although odd-looking, melon is packed with nutrients that you'd be wise to enjoy with Richberry's miracle berries to get the optimal taste with NO ADDED SUGAR.

What you need

  • 1 cup cantaloupe cut

  • 4 slices of frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 6 oz. light peach yogurt

  • 1/2 cup ice

How to make

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and process until smooth. If the smoothie is thick, add more orange juice until desired consistency. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Chew the Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.

Note:

For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
