A fruit smoothie recipe that is so refreshing and a perfect drink for hot weather! Plus it has no added artificial sweetener too.
Green Layer: 2 tablespoons hemp seeds 1 tablespoon matcha powder 1 avocado small or half a large one 1 banana 3 tbsp orange juice 1 cup spinach leaves 1/2 cup mango chunks 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
Pink Layer: 2 beets, peeled and quartered 1 cup raspberries 1 cup blueberries 1 banana 1 cup pineapple juice
Yellow Layer: 2 cups mango chunks 1 banana 1 cup orange juice 2 passion fruits 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Blend each layer in a high-speed blender and place it in a separate container. Layer the serving cups by pouring the bottom layer to the third bottom of the cups and then use a large spoon or small ladle to add the second layer carefully over the tops. Then gradually add the third layer. Serve and enjoy!
