Ingredients:

  • 5 large kale leaves, stems removed

  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ½ cup water

  • 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds

  • 2 eaches dates, pitted, or more to taste

Directions:

Combine kale, blueberries, almond milk, water, ground flax seeds, and dates in a blender; blend until smooth.
