richberry Pineapple Passion

If you have digestion problem, this is the perfect smoothie for you to take. Without using sugar, you will enjoy the sweeter taste with richberry.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup non-fat yoghurt

6 ice cubes

1 cup pineapple chunks


Direction:

In a blender, combine yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend, pulsing as needed until the ice is in large chunks. Add pineapple, blend at whip speed until smooth.

Just before enjoying your salad, chew 1 or more halves of freeze-dried miracle berry. Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
