Millennial pink. Yep! this midcentury cocktail took inspiration from most favorite color of female millennials for this punch. This wine-based punch is light, fruity, refreshing and delightfully citrusy making it perfectly paired with richberry for warmer weather or serving at a brunch party. This one is without sweetener but still reveals the sweet-pink flavour you can magically experience with richberry.

Ingredients:
7 oz (207 ml) rosé wine
3 oz (89 ml) Aperol
3 oz (89 ml) pamplemousse liqueur
1 oz (30 ml) fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
Sparkling wine
Teapot, for serving
Teacups, for serving
Pansies, for garnish
Method:
In a teapot, combine the rosé wine, Aperol, pamplemousse liqueur, grapefruit juice and lemon juice. Add crushed ice and mix with a bar spoon or swizzle stick. Top with sparkling wine and place the lid on the teapot. In each of your teacups, place a pansy and pour the punch on top.
Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
