Iron is what makes the hair grow smooth. Mangos and strawberries are both high in Vitamin C, which helps the body absorb more Iron. This recipe is perfectly yummy with richberry's miracle berry's natural sweetness. You don't need to add sugar.
Ingredients: 3 large chard leaves, washed well, tough stems trimmed 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup strawberries 1 cup non-fat yoghurt ¼ cup walnuts 1 Tbsp. flax seed ½-1 cup water
Preparation: Place the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Add enough water to chard to puree for easier blending. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two days.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
