Best drinks usually have this ingredients which makes cocktails aromatic and rich in taste. Bénédictine is a French herbal liqueur flavored with some 27 flowers, berries, herbs, roots and spices. It adds so much flavor with richberry as it specializes on the sweetness without having to add your favorite cocktail sweeteners.

Ingredients:

2¼ oz (67 ml) cognac

½ oz (15 ml) Bénédictine

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Long lemon twist, for garnish

Method:

If you have a large-format cube of ice, you can build this drink in an old-fashioned glass, then add your large cube and stir 5 or 6 times. If not, in a mixing glass, combine the cognac, Bénédictine and bitters with ice, stir and strain over ice into an old-fashioned glass. Express the oils from the twist on top of the drink by squeezing it in half and then slide it around the rim of your glass. Then, place the twist in the drink.

Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.

Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
