This icy no sugar added smoothie is a blend of unsweetened apple juice mixed with blueberries, cherries, raspberries, and mango. A nutrient-packed drink that’s perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened apple juice 2 cups assorted fruits, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and mango 3/4 cup non-fat yogurt additional fruit and/or mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender then blend until completely smooth. Pour onto glasses. Garnish with additional fruit and mint sprigs if desired.
