The sherry and orgeat round it out with nuttiness runs inside your tongue like yummy heavenly feeling because you had your richberry while you have this cocktail. This drink is famous for being served in a Fog Cutter mug but any mug will do.

Ingredients:

½ oz (15 ml) cognac

½ oz (15 ml) gin

1 oz (30 ml) fresh orange juice

½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

½ oz (15 ml) Orgeat

½ oz (15 ml) Amontillado sherry

Mint sprig, for garnish

Orchid, for garnish

Orange peel, for orange floret

Cocktail pick, for orange floret

Method:

In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, cognac, gin, orange juice, lemon juice and orgeat, dry shake and then pour into a Collins glass over crushed ice. Swizzle and float the Amontillado sherry by pouring it on top. Garnish with the mint sprig and orchid. To make the orange floret, cut a long orange peel and then roll it so that it looks like a flower. You can secure its shape by using a toothpick or cocktail pick, then add it beside the mint and orchid. Garnish elaborately and drink jubilantly.

Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.

Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
