All these flavors from the cachaça, combined with banana liqueur, fresh pineapple and orange juice and coconut cream is equal to rich sour + bitter flavours. With richberry, this cocktail will make the way to transport you to another place, perhaps even another time to make you experience the magic spirit of natural taste modification without having to add sugar.

Ingredients:

1½ oz (44 ml) Avuá Amburana Cachaça

½ oz (15 ml) Giffard Banane du Brésil

1 oz (30 ml) fresh pineapple juice

½ oz (15 ml) fresh orange juice

¾ oz (22 ml) Coconut Cream

Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Pineapple leaves, for garnish

Cocktail umbrella, for garnish

Method:

In a cocktail shaker, combine the cachaça, Giffard Banane, pineapple juice, orange juice and coconut cream, dry shake (without ice) and then pour into a small glass, such as a snifter or double rocks glass, over crushed ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and pineapple leaves. A cocktail umbrella never hurt anyone either.

Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.

Warning: Alcohols are for over 21 years of age and above. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive.
