richberry Chocolate Chia Smoothie

This mood booster recipe uses unsweetened cocoa powder, you get all the benefits of chocolate with none of the sugar. We also added high-fiber avocado, banana, and chia seeds just makes this doubly effective. Since no sugar was used the flavour could be something not the one you've been wanting for. So have a bite of richberry's miracle berry before you drink chocolate chia smoothie and set a good mood for the whole day.

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp chia seeds


Method:

Mix and blend all ingredients gradually until smooth and creamy.


Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
