Smoothies are great for breakfast and this blueberry lemon smoothie features a healthy blend of fruit and yogurt that makes it perfect for your first meal of the day. This breakfast smoothie is also a hearty meal enough to keep you full all morning.

Ingredients:

½ cup blueberries 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ cup non fat yogurt


Direction:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
