richberry Blueberry Mango Smoothie with Yogurt

This creamy and fruity smoothie will provide you a pack of nutrients and a nice jolt of energy without the need of adding sugar!

Ingredients:

1 cup water

1 cup nonfat yogurt

1/2 small lemon, peeled

1 cup diced mangoes

1 cup blueberries


Preparation:

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
