richberry Blueberry Lime Smoothie

Serve you're loved ones with this invigorating "richberry Blueberry Lime Smoothie" and change it's sour taste into sweet with miracle berry.


Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries ½ cup plain non fat yogurt ¼ cup almond milk, chilled ½ lime, juice (about 3-4 tsp) 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Once blended, taste and adjust according to preferences such as adding more blueberries for a stronger blueberry flavor. Serve and enjoy!


Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar.
