richberry Beet and Berry

No sugar was added in this recipe. Only berries that can give this drink a delectable fresh flavour, while the fiber in the spinach, chard and beets keep you from feeling hungry for hours. Before drinking your favourite drink, have a bite of richberry's miracle berry first and you are good to go bottom's up!

Ingredients:

1/2 cooked beetroot (can use raw in some high speed blenders)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 cup of spinach

1 cup of chard

1/2 lemon (pealed)


Method:

Mix and blend all ingredients gradually until smooth and creamy.


Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
