richberry Apple Smoothie

Sour and satisfying smoothie when paired with richberry. This healthy drink will make your have a revitalizing day.


1 cup coconut water

1 cup kale

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup baby spinach

1 ½ Fuji apples, cored

⅛ teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup ice

Dash of flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon honey


Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
