richberry Red Tangy Spice

As the the spice assists you in breaking down and digesting fatty foods, your aim to lose weight faster is easier when it tastes even better. We remove the sugar from the ingredient to make it more naturally healthy. Try it with richberry instead.

Ingredients:

  • 62g (2 cups) of spinach

  • 34g (1/2 fruit) lime

  • 15g (1 whole) jalepeno

  • 26g (2 stalks) of celery

  • 364g (5 large) carrots

  • 178g (1 whole) beetroot


Directions:

Chop the carrots, celery, and beetroot together and add them to your juicer with the whole jalapeno, ginger root, peeled lime, and spinach. Blitz the mixture until smooth and then enjoy the “burn”. If you struggle with spice, de-seed the jalapeno before you add it to the drink.


Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
