Creamy and comforting, it's like heaven and hell combo in a glass. Minus the use of sweeteners and sugar, this strong Russian flavour is perfect with richberry's miracle berry.
Ingredients:
2 ounces milk
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 ounce Cinnamon Southern Cream Liqueur
1 ounce vodka
Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Ice
Instructions:
If desired, rim glasss with brown sugar by placing a small amount of maple syrup on a small plate, and a spoonful of brown sugar on a second small plate. Dip the rim of a double old fashioned glass into the maple syrup, and then the sugar.
Fill glass with ice. Add milk, coffee liqueur, brown sugar and cinnamon liqueur and vodka; stir until well combined. Serve garnished with cinnamon stick, if desired.
Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
