richberry Waldorf Salad

richberry Waldorf Salad is made with apples, grapes and nuts. With sour flavour from lemon juice, you don't need to add sugar or sweet syrup to taste. Just have a bite of your richberry and dig in!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup

  • mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 grapes, seedless, chopped

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1 pc apple cored and diced

  • 1 head lollo rosso lettuce, washed and trimmed


Method:

  1. Combine Mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season to taste.

  2. Add nuts, celery, grapes, raisins, and apple.

  3. Serve on a bed of greens, chilled

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
