The Italian taste is undeniable. The sourness is perfect with richberry too. We removed the use of sweet syrup to make it more healthier. Just take a bite of your richberry's miracle berry while preparing. Once this recipe is done, DIG IN!

Ingredients:

4 Italian tomatoes

4 oz part skim mozzarella cheese

2 cups shredded mixed lettuce

1 tbsp olive oil

18 leaves basil

1 tbsp vinegar

Dash of salt

Preparation

Chop tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices and spread on a plate in circular pattern. Season with salt and pepper.

Add basil leaves, olive oil and vinegar in a blender and puree till smooth.

Pour over tomatoes and mozzarella; fill center of circle with greens and lettuce.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
