richberry Tangy chicken chilly
Spicy and hot, this recipe is better enjoyed if it has some sweeter taste. However, we refuse to use simple syrup for the flavouring. Instead, have a miracle berry from richberry. Just have 1 bite of this little berry while you are cooking. Once you're done, surprise yourself with some magic!

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken chopped
2 tablespoons tamarind paste
2 chopped onions
2 grounded red chilies
¼ cups kidney beans
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup water
Preparation
Take some oil in a pressure cooker, add the ginger garlic paste and sauté the chopped onions. Later, add the rest of the ingredients along with water and cook the dish for 5 hours.
Serving
Serve this hot and tangy dish in a large soup bowl with basil leaves on top.
Variation
You can use mutton instead of chicken and cook it for another hour.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
