richberry Summer Fruit Salad

Full of mixed berries, kiwis, lemon and a lot more summer fruitees, try this salad recipe with another berry, the miracle berry from richberry. Enjoy all the sour taste magically switch into sweet. Try it!

Ingredients:

  • 6- 8 cups fruits of choice I used watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries and blueberries, blackberries

  • 3 Tbsp coconut milk

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger


Instructions:

  • Place all the washed/dried/chopped fruit in a large bowl

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, poppy seeds and grated ginger until well combined. Taste the dressing, and adjust as you see fit.

  • Pour the coconut lime poppy seeds dressing over the fruit and toss to combine.

  • Add fresh mint leaves, if you desire, and serve cold.


Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
