Full of mixed berries, kiwis, lemon and a lot more summer fruitees, try this salad recipe with another berry, the miracle berry from richberry. Enjoy all the sour taste magically switch into sweet. Try it!
Ingredients:
6- 8 cups fruits of choice I used watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries and blueberries, blackberries
3 Tbsp coconut milk
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
Instructions:
Place all the washed/dried/chopped fruit in a large bowl
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, poppy seeds and grated ginger until well combined. Taste the dressing, and adjust as you see fit.
Pour the coconut lime poppy seeds dressing over the fruit and toss to combine.
Add fresh mint leaves, if you desire, and serve cold.
Consume Miracle Berry:
Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact:
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
