richberry Strawberry Kiwi Popsicles with Yogurt
Cool down and chill with this low calorie treat by not adding any sweeteners.

Ingredients:
2 cups non fat yogurt
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and coarsely chopped
6 strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor puree the yogurt, strawberries and kiwi.
2. Put the mixture in the popsicle molder. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until firm.
3. To release popsicles, run the bottom of the popsicle mold under hot water for 10 seconds and gently pull on the popsicle stick to release.
Consume Miracle Berry
Just before enjoying your drink, chew 1 or more halves of freeze-dried miracle berry. Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
