Packed with ingredients full of flavours, the spiciness and the sourness of this recipe can be felt in the mouth. That's why we removed the sweeteners and use miracle berry instead to naturally modify the strong taste. This recipe is suitable for diabetic patients.
12 oz boneless chicken (chopped)
2 chopped tomatoes
2 small mild green chillies(chopped)
½ cup chicken stock
4 oz sweet corn
1 bell pepper (chopped)
½ teaspoon pepper powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon cumin powder
1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and over with a lid.
2. Cook the dish for about 10 hours.
Serve with some coriander on top.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
