1 peach, pitted and cubed, or ¾ cup frozen peaches
1½ ounces vodka, gin, or Pineapple Rum
1½ ounces fresh orange juice or pineapple juice
1½ ounces Campari
½ ounce Chambord or crème de cassis
½ cup ice cubes
Maraschino cherries, orange wedges, or pineapples cubes, for garnish
In a blender, pulse peaches, spirit, juice, Campari, Chambord, and ice cubes until well blended. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
Mocktail (non-alcoholic): If you wish to have a delicious non-alcoholic version, please feel free to take the alcohol out and follow the same procedure.
Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
