richberry Rock the Beet

Modify the sour taste of this flavour-rich juice by having your richberry's miracle berry while preparing. Swoosh the berry into your mouth until your tongue is coated with its juice. You will finish this juice without the hassle of flavour and calories from sugar.


  • 178g (1 whole) beetroot

  • 44g (1/2 fruit) lemon

  • 536g (3 medium) pears

  • 124g (1 cup) rasperries


Peel your lemon, but leave the skin on your pears. Chop the lemon, beetroot, and pears into cubes about the same size as your raspberries, and throw the entire mix into your juicer. Blend on full power until smooth, then shake and serve!

Consume Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
