richberry Rice, Chicken and Vegetable Casserole

It's like a feast of meal in one bowl. You won't have to look for rice and viand to meet your cravings. So Asian, we removed the use of simple syrup in this recipe. Just one bite of richberry's miracle berry and dig in!


4 boneless and skinless chicken breast

1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms

2 cups seasoned rice

1/2 large green pepper

1 cup chopped broccoli

1 cup chopped onion

1/2 large red pepper

1 tsp margarine


Boil chicken breasts in sufficient water for 20 minutes till soft.

Remove chicken from broth and cut into cubes.

Add enough water to broth to make 5½ cups. Add seasoned rice and cook covered.

Slice vegetables and sauté in margarine in non-stick pan. Spoon onto plate and set aside.

When rice is done, stir fry it in same pan till browned. Add in sautéed vegetables and cubed chicken. Mix to blend.

Pour reserved chicken broth to a large oven proof casserole; add rice and vegetable mix to casserole and cook in oven at 450oF for 30 minutes.

Serve hot.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
