Richberry Recipe: Watermelon Lime Punch

Smoothies are an easy way to get more fruits into your day, but calories can add up fast.

For a smoothie that saves you 387 calories from sugar when paired with Richberry, this is a packed punch that's perfect for your routine.

What you need

  • 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1/2 banana

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk

  • 1/2 - 1 cup ice

  • 1 to 2 Richberry halves

How to make

  1. While preparing your drink, chew 1-2 Richberry halves for 30 seconds.

  2. Place all ingredients except the ice in a blender and puree until blended. 3. Add ice and puree until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and serve with a straw.

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.


For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
