Richberry Recipe: The Sage's Smoothie

What you need


  • 1 freshly cracked young Thai coconut

  • 1/2 cup papaya

  • 2 tbsp. soaked goji berries

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup Parsley

  • 3 dates

  • 2 slices of lemon

  • 1-2 halves of Richberry


How to make

  1. Soak chia seeds in blender liquid for 10 minutes before blending so they absorb liquid. (This helps them to hydrate you more effectively)

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Chew 1 to 2 halves of Richberry while blending.

  4. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.

Chew the Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.


Note:

For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
