Richberry Recipe: Navel Orange Smoothie

🍊 It's the day of the oranges!


This juicy and tender flesh comes with its aromatic sweet, tangy, and tart flavors.

What you need


  • 2 large naval oranges

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 large handful of fresh baby spinach

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 to 2 Richberry halves


How to make

  1. While preparing your drink, chew 1-2 Richberry halves for 30 seconds

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender, Puree until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Chew the Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


Fact:

The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.


Note:

For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
