What you need
1 large handful of baby spinach
2 fresh oranges
1-inch knob of fresh ginger
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
1 cup ice
1 to 2 Richberry halves
How to make
While preparing your drink, chew 1-2 Richberry halves for 30 seconds
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth, add more ice if needed to thicken.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra chia seeds if desired

Note:
For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
