Cranberries are considered a superfood due to their high nutrient and antioxidant content.
They add beneficial vitamins to a smoothie, but the exact nutritional content of your beverage depends on the other ingredients you add. To get the most of your morning or after-breakfast smoothie, we chose these healthy ingredients to go with #Richberry.

What you need
2 cups ice cubes
½ cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
orange zest, of 2 oranges
2 cups orange slices, about 2 ripe oranges
¼ cup almonds
¾ cup cranberry juice
½ cup skimmed milk
1 to 2 Richberry halves
How to make
While preparing your drink, chew 1-2 Richberry halves for 30 seconds.
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend for about 60 to 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
Add ice as needed to achieve thickened consistency.
Chew the Miracle Berry:
Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
