Richberry Recipe: Cranberry Apple Smoothie

🍎 Apples with cranberry - what a POWERHOUSE of antioxidants!

It doesn't get any more enticing than this.

What you need

  • 200 grams Cranberries

  • 2 pcs Apples

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup Almond milk

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 to 2 Richberry halves

How to make

  1. While preparing your drink, chew 1-2 Richberry halves for 30 seconds

  2. In a bowl of your blender, add cranberries, apples, cinnamon powder, yogurt, and oats.

  3. Turn the blender on medium speed and add milk, adjust the consistency as you like.

  4. Serve right away.

Chew the Miracle Berry:

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.


The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.


For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
