What you need
3 medium beets
1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
1 ½ cups pomegranate juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 ½ cups trimmed Swiss chard
How to make
In a medium saucepan cook beets, covered, in boiling water for 30 to 40 minutes or until very tender. Drain beets in a colander. Run cold water over beets until cool. Drain well.
In a blender combine beets, blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate juice, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape sides of the blender as needed. Add chard (a blender will be full); cover and blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape sides of the blender as needed.
Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact:
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Note:
For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
