Rich in nutrients that will benefit every part of your body, this smoothie is made better by 1-2 halves of Richberry's miracle berries. Enjoy a sweet ride like never before.
What you need
2 large red apples
1 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of ground nutmeg
pinch of ground ginger
tiny pinch of ground cloves
1 to 2 Richberry halves
How to make
While preparing your drink, chew 1-2 Richberry halves for 30 seconds
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined and smooth, taste, and add sweetener if needed, pulsing to combine.
Serve immediately, sprinkle the top of each smoothie with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

Chew the Miracle Berry:
Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berries (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact:
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yogurt, and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
Note:
For cakes and pastries, you may need to add at least 5-7% of the total quantity of sugar required. This is due to the chemistry of the food. However, you may skip this as you wish. The goal is to reduce sugar consumption but experience the same taste.
