Deliciously and delicately done. This blend will surely add up an energy on you as you start your day. The classic sour taste of lemon paired with richberry will keep you going till you finish the glass bottoms up.
Ingredients:
2 cups vegetable pulp
½ cup flax meal or chia seeds (or a mixture)
1 tablespoon tamari
½ cup water
1 lemon
Cayenne, or other spices to taste
1 tablespoon honey
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Spread on a food dehydrator sheet or on a
well-greased baking pan. Score into squares. Dehydrate or bake at 120°F for about 12
hours, flip, and dehydrate for another 12 hours.
Consume Miracle Berry
Just before enjoying your drink, chew 1 or more halves of freeze-dried miracle berry. Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.
Fact
The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
