richberry Pot Roast

We didn't use simple syrup or honey in this recipe to make it more naturally taste and less calorie. We use richberry instead. Just eat half of miracle berry from richberry and enjoy this rich spicy meaty recipe without feeling the guilt.


1 chopped onion

5 oz mushrooms

10.5 oz beef roast

1 teaspoon salt

1 green chilly

1 ½ tablespoon starch


Mix together all the ingredients except corn starch, transfer them into a slow cooker and cook for about 5.5 hours.

Mix cornstarch into 50 ml water, add to the slow cooker and cook for another 30 minutes.


Serve on a large plate with basil leaves on top


Swap the beef for pork along with the rest of the ingredients to make another yummy dish.

Consume Miracle Berry: Just before digging in, chew 1 or more freeze-dried miracle berry (this can also be done during the preparation of ingredients). Ensure to remove pits to avoid a bitter taste.

Fact: The active ingredient miraculin from miracle berry will turn sour foods such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, non-fat yoghurt and other citrus food to taste sweet without adding sugar. We recommend two halves or 2 servings for maximum effectiveness. Make sure to follow instructions from the back of the packaging.
