richberry Pineapple Strawberry Apple Smoothie with Yogurt

Make this tropical and healthy smoothie taste sweet and more delicious without added sugar!


6-8 strawberries, hulled 1 ½ pineapple, sliced ½ a small apple, chopped 1 cup non fat yogurt


Put all the ingredients in a blender then blend until smooth.
