These "richberry Pineapple and Grapefruit Smoothie" is packed with antioxidants and can help you hydrate as well as supply your body with a bounty of fiber too. Make it more yummier with the help of miracle berry by richberry without adding any sweeteners.

Ingredients:

1 red grapefruit

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1/3 cup non fat yogurt


Instructions:

Segment grapefruit over a bowl so you can collect all the juice. Set 2-3 segments aside for topping. Add grapefruit segments, grapefruit juice, frozen pineapple and non fat yogurt into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.


Taste and adjust ingredients based on your preference. If smoothie is too thick you can add a little non-dairy milk.


Pour into glass or serve in a bowl.
